Didn't cook this but ate all of it after photographing it

As we have been advised to eat healthy this period, I decided to do justice to some greens this afternoon.


So I prepared efo riro( ugwu leaf) with ẹja kika, diced ponmo and on crayfish mix I got from shoprite. White rice was the choicest side to go with it. And sure it was delicious

I don’t know the details, but I’ve heard that a a good portion of the world is semi lactose intolerant, which apparently means you have trouble digesting this specific thing called lactose, that’s commonly found in dairy products. I’m not a medical expert however, I just heard that it’s allegedly pretty common
