What could be the cause.... Some times the left side of my screen no go function... Sometimes, it won't respond to taps until I restart or lock and open.

Biko, let me know if I'll need to install any custom recovery or anything but direct ROM installation without those headaches would be fine. Bootloader already unlocked.

Can anyone help with my redmi note 8. I am on eu stable miui 11.0.5. anytime i install weekly build. I just wont be able to boot it up. It always stuck at redmi logo. I have tried countless of times. even after flashing dm verity. and i usuallly clean flash as well.
i dnt know if anyone using rn8 facing this issue?
kindly help. this stable is draining battery too much

If you are using Orangefox recovery, enable OTA update from the settings

Just flash a different Kernel on the Stable build and that will solve your battery issue, Stable and Weekly are basically the same, only difference is there are bugs in weekly... If your problem is battery I suggest flashing a kernel to solve that, the stock kernel on MIUI is well known for sucking battery on the Note 8
