It is called being grateful. You sound like a sadist!!!
Focusingmore:

Let's assume you get 350 a week , spend 65 on shopping 240 per month, depending on your lifestyle there is more .

Eg I still have to pay bills like, electric and gas insurance, internet...

You're living a student lifestyle , that's why you think 350 EUR is money .

Believe it bro, some people are just so dumb. You went to another mans country on a visitor visa without any skill and you refuse to develop yourself even after getting stay. You want to compare yourself with someone that went to the country on a study route with more information on how to build himself from the scratch??

You are the dumbest person on this thread just throwing insults even the op is civil and we have exchanged ideas
. whether I'm right or wrong time will tell and experience is the best teacher.

I studied in England before moving to Ireland , I have experienced both countries and see the differing opportunities.

I'm. Comparing like for like, but your dumbass has comprehension problems and assume a lot about people you don't know.

Even worse from how you argue you've probably never left Nigeria hence why you're so embittered that someone has the nerve to criticize a country you can only dream to enter.

We are waiting for you .. come and pick money on the streets..

They don't even care about qualifications here it's experience that counts , your mumu self is talking about developing skills... Lol

The American student doctors here had to leave because of stringent rules around visa policies that limits their potentials, so which kind mumu skills you think say you get wey Ireland go open yansh for u.

The mindset of an uneducated guy, why should I be grateful?

I pay taxes and the government has a social contract with me to subsidize my living based on my contributions via taxes .

Ireland is a shit hole , no jobs , small minded people...

Infrastructure is good but old, boring place to live.

Looks like you live in Castletroy.

Maybe you are new that's why everything looks impressive to you [/s]

Okay so show us the statistics. How the heck are Nigerians living large in Nigeria? We have to provide our own water, electricity and roads - things that are taken for granted in Ireland. Should we talk about the lack of good hospitals? Why do you think that everyone in government always run to London and USA when they fall ill?
Please let us not deceive ourselves here, we have a long way to go

Sorry, but i think you're a poor man, I believe he's talking about the rich and middle class.

Every other country is fumigating her country.

Since we are locked in, can Nigerian Government fumigate this country, even if it is going to be otapiapia

Sunlight will cut the virus's ability to grow in half, so the half-life will be 2.5 minutes, and in the dark it's about 13 to 20 [minutes]. Sunlight is really good at killing viruses.

So no need fumigating

Bruh, the theory goes against some laws in science. Just so you know, this has been pointed out by other scientists but they never go main stream cause they're not inline with the narrative. Space science is mainly cosmology, astrology, and some physics etc. That's different from what doctors do, electricians, architects and the rest. Some people in these various fields have no idea about cosmology, astrology and the rest.

https://science.howstuffworks.com/dictionary/astronomy-terms/big-bang-theory7.htm

https://thetechreader.com/top-ten/top-ten-scientific-flaws-in-the-big-bang-theory/

Well, I've always maintained that it's a theory (i.e. a plausible explanation, with some observable evidence to back it up, though it's not a universally-accepted fact) - and have been aware of some of the arguments for and against it. For instance, the entropy criticism is quite the paradox isn't it: if nature tends towards entropy, why are there stars (which is essentially matter gathering and becoming "more organized" ). The reason: gravity, an incredible force that acts over infinite distance, and like electromagnetism, travels at the speed of light (we used to think gravity was instantaneous, but it was theorized it wasn't, and now there are experiments that suggest it travels through space before its effect is felt, like electromagnetism.

Good discussions mate... thanks for remaining civil wink

Bruh stop wasting your time, you have done enough to enlighten those who want to listen. You will soon be insulted by people who know nothing, villagers whose only dream is to live where White colored people stay. They want to believe the lies, some will tell you that it's better to die homeless living in Ireland than remain in their houses in Nigeria, are these the type of people you should reason with? you have said enough, thanks for enlightening those who want it.

There are side advantages to the lock down going on in most countries on our planet though.. The ozone layer is recovering due to less pollution from humans. This means we may just be having major headway in our combat against climate change. Few more weeks indoors for all people in all countries and we will begin to heal our planet.. Pollution levels are on d all time low around the world.. Maybe nature is fighting back
Is this the conspiracy theory people have been looking for... just asking if all this was not a false flag on purpose to achieve certain outcomes.

Only lazy men pray to sit at home and collect free money. Where do you think the money comes from? it's from tax which hardworking people pay

Its is.about responsibility.

It is the responsibility of every government to protect its citizens, that is why they are elected, and it is the fault of the government for allowing the pandemic to enter and disrupt their every day life in the first place. Many countries do not have Corona cases, and it is because of the direct efforts of the said countries leaders.

Having said that, giving out stipend is not only required, but a direct example to show that their government is responsible and committed to serving the people. and no, it's not free money, its money that they have paid in tax, and stacked in case of an emergency or so.

Seems like Nigerians have suffered so much in the hands of their government that they dont even believe they deserve one naira from them. Sadly.

Also, he might be an asylum seeker without paper. How do you expect him to have PPS number that will see him get paid? Is it your fault he came to Ireland through the sea? Please my brother stay indoors and remain safe. God bless every Nigerian in the republic of Ireland in this critical times.

I am surprised you guys are reasoning this way. Spending pattern differs from one person to another. That you are a spend drift, doesn't mean everyone in Ireland is. Also, he might be single and lives alone. He never said the groceries he bought was for the whole year. Did he? We all know that the grocery stores remains open and so I see no reason why we should stock pile groceries for too long at home.

My experience in Ireland so far has been trailed with mixed feelings due to the coronavirus. The country is experiencing its worst ever pandemic - with nearly 3000 confirmed cases of the virus and 54 deaths recorded. The government has ordered a lockdown for some months to curb the spread and minimize the effect of the virus in the European country.

The nationwide lockdown has left the country’s public spaces hushed and deserted amid overwhelming public support for extreme measures to control the pandemic. Dublin city and other usually bustling urban centres are now like ghost towns..

In my area in Limerick city, the vast majority of the population appear to be following appeals to stay at home except to buy food, care for vulnerable people, do work deemed essential or briefly exercise.

The government has taken a very good measure to cushion the effect of the pandemic on its residents. Residents whose jobs and businesses closed due to coronavirus are being paid 350 euro PER WEEK. Those enjoying this benefit include Nigerians and other nationalities (both students and workers) who are living in the country. Many Nigerians received their alerts today being Tuesday and were greatly overjoyed.. People are being paid to stay at home and be safe. The payment will go on for 12 weeks...that's 3 months. Just chill at home and get paid.

€350 X N420 (about N147,000) per week.
€1400 X N420 (about 588,000) per month.

Monthly rent is €325 while €50-€70 (depending on your spending capability) can go for groceries for the month. This only happens in civilized countries where the government take good care of their people.
my brother u are misleading people oooo... I will like to why u chose to paint it diz way.. the rent price u gave is a crime against the rough sleepers bro Ireland is having housing crises , even if sharing room in the village I doubt u can find such and the payments u claim it’s been paid why not explain or say the truth don’t make it look like free money.. 350 it’s for self employed and workers who can’t work because of lockdown...

What do u derive from lies??you came online thinking u are the only Nigerian in Ireland.. smh with disgusts..
