In my uni days i had this girlfriend, i noticed that anytime we had misunderstanding my car would develop a fault. I wasnt sure if it was coincidence but it happened a lot of times for me to have noticed.

I was bracing for impact on the outer shoulder of the bridge not knowing what my fate would be, whether the car would jump the side rail and enter water, a thousnd thoughts were flying tru my head, next thing i rammed into a pathfinder the car was crawling due to the heavy rain, immeiately my brakes started working, my steering too started working. I cleared by the side of the bridge, the impact raised my bonnet and it was blocking my view, so i came down in the heavy rain and pushed the bonnet down, i was thinking about what i was going to tell the pathfinder man that i rammed, to my surprise the car didnt stop, the person just drove on as if nothing had happened.
Long story short, when i called my friend at home and told him i had an accident, he told the girl, and she didnt even show concern....about a year later we were arguing about our relationship she told me that she knows im blaming her for the accident, i just knew at that moment she had a hand in what happened to me.

Well, the difference between you and him is that he never accepted it. He kept/keeps fighting for his freedom.
