If I were you I will look for a way to remind him of this. I may just say it jokingly to one of my brother in his presence.

I know he has not forgotten, whenever am in Nigeria and he comes late to site my dad will get mad at him I’ll quickly caution my dad and remind him they are still friends even if he is working for us.

My boss once called me useless, dummy, decredits me, that I don't know anything, upon all my efforts and hardwork, all because I don't talk much, even when I work hard and do more with my brain yet he doesn't see it... I only pray That I prove him wrong one day by been successful in life more than him. So help me God... Right now am still answering him yes sir but hope that my story will change one day..

It will surely be as you wish once you don't give up and you keep believing in yourself.

My very first boss after graduation used to tell me I can never see any job with her kind of offer any where... stayed for 2years (cause I thought she might be right) after which I left without resignation or having another job (funny right).

Exactly the 3rd month after, I was begged with another job with #40k extra and other bonuses from what I was getting from the previous job, without application.

So, stay true to your dream!!!

Today makes it exactly 5 years one of my aunts said a very painful word to me which I can never forget.

She said and I quote "the rate at which you are going this girl, 5 years from now you would have become a mother of 4 kids, all borne out of wedlock"

Today I have been able to prove her wrong, doing my masters program now whereas two of her daughters are university dropouts, as a result of unwanted pregnancy.

Hmmmm... How time flies, share yours.
But on a serious note,

How about abortions?
How many now?

Apart from "born" which she spelt as "borne", point out all other errors and let's see & for the record, she did well but that concerns you not. Point out the errors!

There was a particular day i went to fix my car, 30k I went with was almost gone trying to fix different issues. I was left with 3k and I needed to buy car horn. I bought the horn for 2500 and was left with just N500. I got a young auto electrician to fix the horn for me, after he did, i pleaded with him to manage the N500 because that was all i had left with me. The guy refused to accept it, then he looked at my car very well and said to me "oga you sure say na you get this car so?person when fit buy this kind car no suppose dey price like this". It is difficult for me to explain how small i felt that day

you are indeed a stupid person and might not amount to anything in life if you carry on like this.
Even at Shell, you will always be someone's errand boy till you pull your weight up.
Give yourself brain and learn to serve.
Ok same way your Children and unborn Generation will wear suit and carrying plate to buy food around the streets just to serve after suffering for years in the university. Your children and the unborn generation will pack shoe for people by the special Grace of God. Useless and worthless Igbo man, it's in their blood to marry an educated woman and put in a shop as a sales girl. If you people are born to be slave, we are not born to be slave in the south western part of the country. How on earth will you say someone have to lick your foot to help. Being loyal is different from being a slave... I've worked at different schools and they know my dilligency at work and my contribution to the success of such establishment. In life anyone who has ever treated me unjustly has always been debased. Thanks, bastard son of a thousand father.

Aunty, take correction. Your being a science student doesn't justify your bad write-up. Given the level of education you've attained, you're expected to be able to write well. You can't be a masters degree holder and be writing like a secondary school student.

I just wanted to correct the notion that you have to be an English language graduate in order to write well. It is mandatory that all professionals across all works of life are proficient in the use of the language.
Please it is walks of life...
Yours has several punctuation and grammar errors. I have worked with several native speakers of the English language that could barely string sentences together.

I remember vividly my aunt calling me 'baba aburo' because I had a child when I was not married. That happened 27 years ago. Till today I am praying for her that God should have mercy on her that she should have a child of her own. God is merciful.
