Here it is, not too bad, the oat is not overpowering, I was scared adding oat.

It doesn't have Volume like using all purpose flour

Wow, this looks lovely and delicious. Please how did you make it?

Greek yorghurt is thicker in consistency cuz its was strained, it's also slightly more expensive..Im guessing the Greeks like it that way... while hollandia yorghurt is not as thick. I like to mix both cuz Im not of fan of thick yoghurt
loveymom:

Not a fan of yogurt but I think this Greek Plain yogurt has no added sugar and while Hollandia yogurt has sugar in it.

If there's anyone in the house that can clarify the difference for us, will love to know too.

Yes

IPhone camera is the best in the world

The orange effect i noticed in the picture simply gave me the idea. iPhone is synonymous with orange effect and it's so cool.

Also, America's climate is so mild, hence that factor with the iPhone factor, make photos clean and classy.

Our rada rada Nigeria sun just dey blacken everything that you snap with your phone. You literally have to be patient until 10am in order to have a warm and temperate photo with our dumb android grin

My Sister I am tired already, but the craziness of the Covid-19 is making me relax my mind . My sleep pattern has been messed up. With kids, I shout and scream, then separate fight. It is well with mothers in this period.
How are you doing and keeping up?

@cutiereborn, Sis how are you and family?
Nwannem, we bless God for life and protection.
I trust you and yours are keeping safe during this trying period.
It will be well kiss

Don't mind the picture quality. My big phone got spoilt. Just thought I should eat my jollof with fried egg (I don't know who else likes their fried egg, white without tomatoes and the rest that's exactly how I like mine). I know it's common tho' but a guy like me doesn't always have time to do all those fry fry stuffs I just cook the food chop belleful fes the extra bonuses like the plantain, eggs etc are remembered after the main event. So i had the time to do this today because of the compulsory house arrest grin Man pikin feeling bored.

Ingredients

Butter 250g (I used Simas)
Sugar 1cup
Rising flour 2Cups
Eggs 4
Milk 1/2 cup
Condensed milk (peak)
Vanilla extract (1 Teaspoon)
Banana flavour (1 Tablespoon)
Milk powdered flavour (1 Tablespoon)
Rum (1 Tablespoon)

If you have handmixer you can use it if not use turning garri stick.

In a bowl press in the butter and add sugar and start creaming with your handmixer until it's fluffy and looks kind of white.

Pre-heat oven 150 Celsius but my oven doesn't have those written timers so i just turned the knob to the lowest temperature.

Grease your pan with melted butter or unmelt which ever. Just ensure the pan is properly greased. I used an 8inch pan cos i don't have a 6 inches pan.

Then add your liquid flavour, condensed milk and rum to the creamed butter/sugar and turn clockwise.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs until its quite foamy.

In a separate bowl sieve your flour, milk and power milk flavour

Then you add half of the foamy eggs to the butter and stir, then add the already sieved flour to the butter and fold in with your stick and you finally add in the remaining foamy eggs and fold in until smooth.

Then pour it into the already greased pan and put in the oven and leave to bake.

The cake should be ready in 45minutes.

Please manage it am not so good in writing recipes. Thank you
