Hello Nairalanders, please I need advise in investing my money. I have some money, about 2,750,000 naira I would love to investing for a 6months duration (till October). I have done researchs about treasury bill and fixed deposit ,but i can't decide on which to go with. Treasury bill are currently at an interest rate of 3.2% but I don know of interest of bank. I would love to get an interest of 10% for a 6months duration, I don know if that would realistic in our current economy. Please if could get advice on the best rate I could get on my cash ( #2,750,000) be it treasury bill, fixed deposit or any, I would really appreciate it. ....... Also I would love to know if anyone could confirm if " WEALTH.NG" is real as I saw and intrest of 10% on a 180day treasury bill investment. Thanks in advance...!!!! |

Winneygirl:I’ve already liquidated the fixed deposit and my TBills. That’s what’s confusing me. The account is a UBA current account. And the credited amount isn’t fixed it changes every month. I just hope my account hasn’t been used for any fraudulent transaction. |

kristien4:You know, nowadays that is a rather difficult task to find out if a seller is legit or not, and what do you mean by the "legit" term? Unfortunately not every country supports cryptocurrencies like bitcoin in an appropriate way, and if you want to answer the question of legitimacy you have to understand on what purpose that coins will be used. Anyway, if you need to make some small operations online you can always use an online aggregator like https://swapspace.co/ for exchange or buy/sell operations |

ukay2:Can you imagine. 2.2 - 4% and still being oversubscribed?? I don't understand the obsession with it despite the ridiculously low rates. . . . . abi some people do blood covenant with NTB? ![]() Dumped the shiit since December. |

bjtinz:I once said that the FG economic team know that the average Nigerian is scared to invest his money in the real sector so, the TB rates will continue to go down because they (CBN) know its the safest bet any Nigerian has. That questions the motive behind the high rates all these while, surely it was done to enrich a few class at the detriment of the economy. |
