Na waa o.

I'm seriously considering this for a 2001 Sienna I bought a few months ago..... The oil (synthetic based 50W15) I used during servicing last 2 months is running short and there's no smoking neither is the oil light on.
The "engine check" light flashes, though.

Pls any advice?

I don't quite understand. Is the 20w50 you recommended, the manufacturer recommended engine oil for his vehicle?

How?

Shedrack777:
as a nigerian, engine flush is good because only going through muds and so many dirts will make the engine to require a flush

there is holts engine flush and johnsen engine flush. You can get Johnsen on konga or jumia but the engine flush from holts is new in the market and they both last five minutes. If you check the oil after draining, you will find metal particles in the oil after using abro. That brand is a no go area brand for our vehicles.

Boss, when you say they both last for five minutes, what do you mean?

You pour the flush into the old oil and allow the engine to run for 5 minutes and then throw away the whole oil and put fresh oil. Voila

The truth about engine flushing using chemical (flusher) is not advisable because the chemical will weaken seals in the engine. Also, if used, there's no length of drainage time that will ensure the old (spent) oil and flusher to completely be removed from the engine. The chemical residues in the engine, when new oil is poured, will weaken the new oil thereby reducing the efficacy of the new oil, this will then expose the engine to excessive wear, tears and possible damage, even knocking.
Alternatively, it's advisable for technicians to manually remove sludge from engine. Also, car users are advised to use only the recommended oil for their cars regardless of costs. Google the SAE and API details of the oil recommendations for your car. Avoid SAE 20w50 grades as much as possible, because they're sludge forners.
Also, always use POLYTRON MTC in your car engine for ultimately protection.

For further enquiries about POLYTRON products, or implications of using chemical in removing sludge in vehicle engines, call 08033527026.

I do understand your point but there are different types of engine flush and I know of some that when you use it, you will find metal particles in the oil. There are some that are oil like and also others that fit the description that I had earlier described. Everything depends on the one that you want to use. But does your polytron eliminate sludge from the engine? Is the engine oil suitable for bigger engines and what are the sae specs for the oil? Synthetic oil also causes sludge. If I use all those cheaper synthetic oil for a range rover, it will dry up and create sludge
