Governor Of Katsina State Allows Jumat Gatherings On Fridays

Despite Katsina state recorded its first covid-19 case and death. Muslim clerics went ahead to approach Governor Masari and forced him to allow normal Jumat prayers.

Meanwhile they also have churches there but if you read the approval letter you will see it only favours their people but this disease can spread to kill the law/abiding sensible Christains in the state and put everyone at risk

What do you have to say about this?

The Katsina State Government has lifted ban on Friday prayers in the state with immediate effect over the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is coming after the state government held a stakeholders meeting with religious leaders, traditional rulers and security agencies in the state.

In a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Mustapha Inuwa, Imams were admonished to avoid prolonged sermons in order to discharge their followers within short period.

Inuwa said before Friday prayers must be conducted, there would be some stipulated health and security guidelines.

The meeting was convened to review the measures taken by the state government in preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the state.

The government also asked people to maintain social distancing and strictly adhere to all rules and regulations provided by the health experts in fighting the contagious disease.

Meanwhile, similar meeting will soon be held between the state government and Christian leaders to lift the suspension of Sunday church services.

Also expected is a meeting between the government and traditional rulers.

If true then all man for himself in this country. God should just help us contain this pandemic before it finds it's way into that north because it will be more deadly than being pandemic. They are on their own. What is the difference btw praying at home and praying in the mosque?

Let them pray, This whole coronahoax is just a test run to see what they can get away with. Judging by the peoples reactions so far....the deep state has us by the short and curlies. And they know it.
My theory on why so many elites, Politicians and doctors don’t want to use the medicines Hydroxychloronique+ zinc? The patent has been out for years. No money to be made by big pharmacy and the elite by using it. That’s why they don’t want it to be used. There’s money in a vaccine.
No matter how you slice it, THE W.H.O. SCREWED US MASSIVELY!
They were deliberate in misleading the World because they're after something BIG
I never thought is was just another flu - they have a biological lab in Wuhan - look at the facts and follow the money - who is or is going to, benefit from all of this - we should pull out of the United Nations ( NOT POSSIBLE thou) or the W.H.O. !!!Richard Hatch and a Harvard Professor helped them set up the lab. I’m not to sure how much he contributed to the biological aspects but with what they paid it’s a good bet they're in it up to their neck. There was another professor connect but he hasn’t been in recent news.

Same State where Muslims burned police station and all the police vehicles at the station because the police was trying to prevent them from gathering and praying at a mosque.

But Arewa Goons were calling for the arrest of Adeboye.

While police are arresting people in the South for going out to buy fufu.

It's like Northern Muslims are above the law.

I will advice Christians not to join Muslims in this stupidity.
Unless you want to prove to the world that you're also stupid or more stupid.

Because it will spread faster in churches than mosques

Corona thing will take a long time to go.

You know we are religiously crazy here in africa but we have no iota of fear of God and behave badly.

The mosques and churches will not like to be closed for long time.
They will promise to follow some rules but would they follow those rules?

Excellent move. I love it when people see the kinda fools they elect. If this guy happens to be a saudi king and said this, with the way the thing kills, nobody will come for prayers, those ones can develop sense when u least expect.

Check out rule number 1. IT WILL END IN CHAOS. Trust me

Its gonna be security personnels VS Northern Muslims. Another riot loading in katsina state.

U dont need to be a prophet to know controlling people in a bank is more easier than a mosque.

If somebody contacts this in mosque, wherever he goes, he goes with problems and affect even people who are not muslims because of ignorance.

Nigerians wont have sense until DEATH TOLLS BEGINS TO RISE IN NUMBERS.

2nd month now IRANIANS no go friday gatherings coz the death is real and rising.

I no blame the governor. Na people wey go still go i blame.

Thats it. They wont follow the rules. Ordinary dont touch ur face is harder than 10 commandments combined.

Dey wont practice social distancing, dey wont use sanitizers, dey wont use face mask, dey wont, dey just wont.

Av seen some mosque in europe, not more than 20people praying and practicing social distancing and following rules (at least pictures are there to see). That cant happen in NIGERIA, followers are worse than Leaders.
