Hard working and adequate planning is all you need as a person to succeed.

Here in PH, my Mason man who has always been involved in my projects just completed his 4 bedroom bungalow. Mind you he is married with 4 children.

Many has done 35 years of white collar job without even a quarter plot of land. I respect every hustle

The only exceptions to these are those who should marry a poor man but say no cos he is poor and those who should marry a rich man but are blinded by what they feel for the poor man. My sisters just know what is destined for you and you will be fine.

strange world we leave in... bricklayers I used at some point charged me 3k a day after I begged for a 500 discount, and he barely worked 7 am to 7 pm .. my vulcanizer's only tool is fufu yet he gets 350 for his service, as shamefull as it sounds the artisans are richer

E get one guy wey con mold block for my father that time he collects #850 for one bag and pays those that turn the sand for him #250 so his own is #600 per bag this guy is just 22 very hard working he comes very early and e turners go don turn for am already before 8 self

This guy will mold 15 bags a day the least I really ever knew him mold was 12 calculate it that's an average of #8000 a day ten days na #80'000 a month is straight #240,000 and he doesn't collect his money daily.....he go cone the site start the contract he only spends money on feeding which is well led that one k a day

This guy at that time had a land in ekpoma already and he told me he was planning to open his own block factory and a bet store

See if you get the power you go make the money

Even with the entry level salary as at then still doesn't dispute the fact that some earn more than some white collar jobs.. I know what I earned as a entry level banker in 2007 and I know how much I paid maisons and carpenters working on a road construction site as at 2009..

Pls just accept that fact and move on. Thats life
