He has not said anything stupid.

He did not advice anyone to take those things but told reporters what he took.

What do you expect him to say when those were the things he took. If it worked for him, then what was his fault to have said that?

He even mentioned the name of the Medical personnel who sent the black seed oil to him.

Eating Vitamin C is a good source of developing immunity against corona. We can get Vitamin C from Orange, lemon etc.
