Dyt:

I used 1 cup of flour
Half spoon of sugar
Pinch of salt (I am not a fan of salt)
Baking powder
Liquid milk to stir to my desired thickness
Heat my butter in the pan
Put the fire on low heat
Add the mixture
Turn after like a min
When the other side is brown too
Put in your plate grin grin cheesy cheesy cheesy (I said this cos I usually eat mine from the pan on fire) grin grin grin

Hello Dyt, is there a reason you dont use eggs for your pancake?

Super sticky and gets soggy too that I don't dare give it a second lipsrsealed

To make spaghetti less or non sticky, allow water to boil, add salt to taste, add one soup spoon of preferred oil - vegetable oil, sunflower oil, groundnut oil etc. I prefer extra virgin olive oil. Then introduce spaghetti whole. DON'T BREAK.

To prevent sogginess, cook half way; that is half done or quarter done. Drain water away with a strain, add a bit of the vegetable oil again and mix then set aside.

Put together your other ingredients in the pan and finally add the spaghetti. Toss the frying pan or wok to mix the spaghetti instead of using a spoon. It will come out less sticky and less soggy.

It’s not unusual for the first time to be a bit of a flop.
But it will still be edible you can count on that.
Then just practice on making it prettier.

But your belly and your taste buds won’t even care cheesy
Thanks coco, i will try my best.

All Pasta products of Dangote are no-go area for me.

In the first month of my service year in the north, I visited the market to stock up my kitchen because my PPA wá very far from the main town. So among other provisions I decided to buy noodles at leat a carton.

I noticed Dangote noodles was quite popular in the north and I decided to give it a trial. Mumu me! I bought one full carton of the super pack embarassed( I think it contains 40 pieces or thereabouts)

Choi! Only God knows who the quality control officer who certified that Dangote noodles and it's seasoning okay for consumption. The taste was horrible. I cooked 2 pieces and added sardine, I just couldn't swallow past two spoons. I eventually called some students and gave them( I served in a boarding school) . Trust me, they devoured the whole thing.

I couldn't summon courage to cook out of the remaining noodles. 2 days to my passing out, I called the children of 3 non-teaching staff that stay close to corpers lodge and shared the noodles amongst them while I was packing my Kaya. The way their parents kept on Thanking me ehn, u will think I just handed their kids American visa.

I don't know if Dangote noodles has been improved on now, but about 5 years ago it was just horrible. And yes, the spaghetti is always sticky and soggy no matter how well u try to prepare it.
