Most states are under lockdown, so I don't think traveling now is possible except you want to embark on a dangerous adventure.

My first and candid comment on NL.

Of course the security personnel are taking bribes.

Nigeria is a cesspool of corruption!
Are you not the one giving them the bribe?
They said stay at home. Did they come to your house to collect the bribe?
You carried yourself OUTSIDE your house and went to meet them AND GIVE THEM BRIBE.
If you like tour round Nigeria and give all of them bribe. You will only catch and spread this virus faster to more people.
DON'T complain later when you catch the disease

heard stories of people bribing security officers at the borders, its possible.

saw a 911 trailer with tomatoes last Wednesday, it definitely came from the north.

seems the mallomites have freedom of movement.
Food products are exempted. Also exempted are petroleum products and medical products.

If you've embarked on interstate journey during this lockdown period please share your experience.

What is the border situation like? Are the security personnel at the borders compromising?

Let's hear from you.

Look for a dangote driver or any truck heading towards your destination. My brother used that method to travel to abuja from Lagos yesterday cos of 20million contract astake, army and police don't disturb heavy duty vehicles. Thank me later!

I concur! Where you are!!!

This idea of crisscrossing is why local transmission of CoVID19 is spreading. Why can't we stay in one place for God's sake People's businesses are folding up...hunger is increasing. No Government palliatives will get to an average common man. The ONLY thing we can do as citizens is to sacrifice for a while and STAY where we are. Let's endure this pain for a while and break this circle of transmission as fast as we can..so that we can go back to our businesses on time.

My friends... Government can only increase or extend this lockdown so far the CoVID19 is still being transmitted. Let's be responsible please.

STAT WHERE YOU ARE!!!

Can you see why I say Nigeria CANNOT be locked down.
Can you see why Nigeria will be one of the last to defeat Covid 19.
At the end it will be the formal sector that will suffer the most. Goverment will always find the money to spend, the informal sector will continue to break curfew.

The way some ignorant nigerians are transporting the virus all over, this virus will not be eradicated in nigeria anytime soon grin see how people are proudly violating the lockdown, i have this bad feelings that the virus will eventually mutate in nigeria, everyone might aswell come out of their houses there is no point locking down.
