See... Don't let the pictures you see in the OP deceive you. These areas are actually between Area 11 and Asokoro. In fact, most people refer to those areas as Area 11, not Asokoro extension.

Asokoro, Maitama and Aso Drive are the most exquisite areas in Abuja, and you can't compare any part of Enugu with these areas. It's not bragging, it's just the fact.

Leave them, i am not here to post good houses or landscape if my intention was to post good houses or landscape i would have stay in my street and snap pictures of Houses that they have never seen in their life but to what end? We all know Asokoro streets are always deserted that's why i didn't start from my street, i started snapping when i reached Villa gate road because the road is little busy on a normal day, i followed up to force HQ.


On a normal day i can't even trek that far but i was idle and kind of tired staying indoors. My post is not to brag but to show how scanty the road was that's the main reason.

And the funny thing is some people thinks that there are not politicians or people from wealthy homes on this platform, just because they come from less privilege homes they think we are all of the same class.

I don't know the name but I know there are many parts of abuja that are shitholes as I've lived in abuja before so chill. Even some places in lagos like some parts of ikotun are extremely gross.

To be honest as an ordinary beginner the answer is no. Is damn expensive for a beginner I would I advise him to look for a more affordable location. Economic wise.

Yes, you can get a self-contained or 1 bedroom flat depending on the street or area. One of our neighbours travelled out with all of his family. So he gave out his BQ for that 1 mill and is highly discounted.

But i don't know much about rent sha.
