Lunch:
Rice and Beans burritos with beef and sausage. Couldn't defrost sweet corn because I'm hungry. Had no Feta Cheese at home so improvised with Parmesan and Provolone Cheese. No pico so improvised with diced Onions, mini sweet Pepper, and Parsley (improvising for cilantro). No Salsa/Verde so had to use stew.

And a side of Banana Chips (bought from the store).

You must be like ma Paps. He has some, lots but doesn't seem to enjoy it no more. I guess he knows he'll run out since he's now running a 20 a day. Lockdown stress. June will be 5years from now........unfortunately for him. Guess youll have to quit, if your people dont lift the lockdown soonest.

There is nothing amateur about that your 4 in 1 cake. It looks really good.
