sagenaija:ignorance is worrying you and your 'saviour'. It is normal for reading audience of Quran to interpret religious text literally. Meaning, we take face value of text for it as it is until we see evidence otherwise. So Allah turned them to apes means, in this modern context, they are people who behave like animal. The whole idea of bikini or half unclothedness was promoted by Christians and Jews. You can see western people. Their moral dress code is animalistic. Therefore it is metaphorical bcus there is no change in God's creation. So direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth. [Adhere to] the fitrah of Allah upon which He has created [all] people. No change should there be in the creation of Allah . That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know. They did not hear the voice And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me." Now look at the images attached, how exactly Jesus was crucified?. Which one should I pick?. Empiree: When Mohamed was first visited a 'being' in a cave did he know who it was that came to frighten him? The issue with the cross is not whether it was iroko or abora. Or whether it was brass nails or iron nails. The FACT is that there was the crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth. He died to pay for the sin of mankind including you, Empiree. David Wood threw a big challenge to the whole of you one point something billion Moslems. Give only ONE unequivocal statement in the Koran that says that the TEXT of the Gospels have been corrupted and he will say the shahada. Can any Moslem face his challenge? 4 Likes 1 Share |

sagenaija: Just tell them to present the life history of Muhammad in one volume just as the Bible presented Jesus' historicity and see how they will start killing themselves over the story alone! How old was the guy when he became an errand boy under Kadijat (his mistress who later became his suger mummy wife)? How many women did he mate with? Their names and their age? How many children did he have? How he die and where was he buried? How many children survived him? Some 40 years ago they agreed to release a video to portray his life history only to disapprove it later when people started noticing how vicious the so called messenger of peace turned out to be! 1 Like |

sagenaija:You keep digging holes for yourself. Jesus did not come to die for your sin. Stop this crap. You didnt disprove obvious contradictions how Jesus was crucified from those pictures reported by Mark and Acts of Apostle. Jesus was killed bcus he challenged authority of awon alufa at that time. |

sagenaija:You can go on and on and keep deceiving yourself. I have given you evidences of corruptions in your religious book. And, even at that, evidence of unequivocal statements are glaring in your own book from horse's mouth, Mr. Paul. The saying that we should provide unequivocal statement in the Quran that Bible is corrupted makes no sense. It is a wrong question. It is your Book that should prove its corruption. Now, let's see Paul the man you so much revere. Romans 3:7 "If the truth of God has been spread by my lie, then why am I judged a sinner." Fans of the self-proclaimed 13th apostle of Jesus Christ, Pharisee Paul/Saul of Tarsus - well there is your beloved Master admitting he is a liar. Who is he admitting his lie to? The true Jews of God! Another set of Biblical corruption can be located in Roman 2 which is the entire discourse is between the evil Pharisee Paul and Jews who follow God's written commandments. While there is not recorded in Romans 2 the Jews' responses to Pharisee Paul, it is evident that the Jews of God won the intellectual argument with the man of Satan, Pharisee Paul. The wimpy child of Hell breaks down and admits he is spreading a lie. And what is that lie? Well, the miserable creature of Hell runs around to the Gentiles screaming: don't you Gentiles dare follow God's written commandments, don't you dare follow the written commandments of your Creator, the Creator of the World! Pharisee Paul, the freak of Hell, puts forth the following specious argument in defense of his claim that Gentiles are not to follow God's written commandments: well, you teach 'do not steal', do you steal; 'you teach do not commit adultery', do you commit adultery? Romans 2:23 "You say a man should not commit adultery, but do you commit adultery...." Right back at you, slowpoke Pharisee Paul - for you teach a 'Spirit doctrine' and claim that by following same, one becomes free from fulfilling evil in their flesh: Galatians 5:16 "Walk in the spirit and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh." Romans 8:2 "[we are under] the law of the Spirit of life in Jesus Christ ...." and under said law, Romans 8:5 "... those who live for the Spirit, do those things of the Spirit." Sweet, sounds lovely -- Live in the spirit, not in the flesh and then you will do nothing but good deeds in your flesh. Great, Pharisee Paul. Now let's examine how your doctrine plays out in reality: Romans 7:17 "I want to do good but I cannot do good. I do evil even though I do not want to do evil." corruption. Fianlly, Paul robbed churches as evidently written in your own Book in 2 Corinthians 11.8 (KJV) "I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service." corruption. When you have these glaring evidences in your Book, why do you need Quran to give you " unequivocal statement" to attest to corruption in your Book which preface of RSV attest to as seen in the attached?. Let your book speaks for itself. David Wood will not take shahada even with 1 million proofs. Quran say in Surah 2:79 "So woe to those who write the "scripture" with their own hands, then say, "This is from Allah," in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn."

Empiree:It is very CLEAR that you are shallow in your thinking. No insult intended. I just want to state the reality. You like jumping all around instead of focusing on the issue at hand. It is also CLEAR that you are unable to defend your religion. You are afraid that closer look at it WILL, WITHOUT DOUBT, reveal its FLAWS and that will further shake your faith in Islam. Let me just take one of the verses you gave from the Bible and show how, because you are blinded, you have been unable to see what you ought to see. I will IGNORE your other disparaging remarks against Apostle Paul which may be what you copy and pasted from your blind guides, like Muttleylaff mentioned. You quoted; Romans 3:7 "If the truth of God has been spread by my lie, then why am I judged a sinner."Let me share with you briefly on it. Remember that we have always told you about CONTEXT. You don't just snatch a verse and want to run with it. Context is important otherwise you'll miss the point. The passage starts from Romans 3:1. So you need to read it from there. One recurring word in this entire portion is 'IF'. It is that same Word that starts this verse you're unsettled about. What comes to mind when the word 'if' is used? Is it a declaration of CERTAINTY? In order not to go into a long piece , even though at times these things require broad background, let me just round it up for you. Apostle Paul is laying out a hypothetical argument here. The 'if' starts that off. The succeeding verse (v. 8 ) is also still part of his argument and should be included. He was setting up hypothetical arguments to confront objections. His case case is this: If it is claimed that he spreads the truth of God through lies, the fact that they are God's truth would have cleared him but it does not. If we lie to try to further God's purpose we should still be judged as a sinner. The end does not justify the means. In other words, anyone who thinks he can lie in order to promote God's truth deserves condemnation (v.8 ). So, Apostle Paul is NOT saying here that he is a liar. Neither is he saying that lying furthers God's plan. He simply sets up hypothetical situations from verse 1 to use them to prove his point as a brilliant lawyer that he was. Now that I have bent over backwards to answer you, give me your answer on what I asked you: Give only ONE unequivocal statement in the Koran that says that the TEXT of the Gospels have been corrupted. I have answered one of your objections, now answer my one. We are waiting. 2 Likes |

Chai, even your context makes no damn sense. The same way you guys tried to smuggle unconnected context in Luke 19 vs 27. We all know Paul changed the teachings of Jesus and he confessed. So your question that I should provide "unequivocal statement" in the Qur'an makes no sense. You are simply blinded to the truth especially by employing such tactical idea from David Wood. You are on your own bro. Not only this, the preface of Revise Standard Version confirmed biblical distortions which I attached to my previous post but you pretend as if you didn't see it. You also ignored my first quotation from your book which points to distortion in your book. Why do you need unequivocal statement from Quran when, in fact, your Bible already confirmed the distortions?. Kontinu sagenaija:

Empiree: In addition to your comprehension issues it is very obvious that NOTHING MAKES SENSE TO YOU. Maybe Islam too doesn't make sense to you. But you're just following blindly. That is what can account for your inability to answer questions about it unless at such times as you are able to copy and paste from your blind guides. You prefer to be jumping from one place to another rather than focus on one issue at a time. Your childhood TRAUMA has embittered your soul. And bitterness has a way of getting back at the person who harbours it. In the end it destroys the person. Here it is again: Empiree: It's CLEAR then that you do really seek clarification and answers. What you want to do is argue for argument's sake. Fortunately, others are reading these posts and they will be able to make up their minds for the truth. |

sagenaija:I am glad you said others are reading. Why in the world you want reference of corruption in your Bible and CHRISTIANITY from Qur'an?. Does this make to you?. The best evidence of biblical corruption is from Bible itself. Why do you have to seek evidence of your corrupt Bible from other religious Book?. Have you no sense? Better still, I will advise you to read the book, Who Wrote the Bible? by Richard Elliott Friedman |

handelex: I've told them that the easiest way to solve the riddle is simply viewing all concepts regarding the origin of life as THEORIES. Then the ways to put it to use for our good should be the PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS. Thus we will all see the true concept when we start enjoying the BENEFITS. Giving yourselves unwarranted headache over Religious Books Arguments Debates Discussions Videos Archeology and the rest could be manipulated by humans for selfish reasons! Knowledge is the accumulation of useful information. Wisdom is the practical application of accumulated information for lasting benefits. Surely God won't give us what will not be of any practical benefit and expect us to start arguing in favour of it! Isaiah 48:17-18 1 Like |
