Initially I was going to say it was a senseless move, but then I reasoned with then based on my own personal experience.

I know someone who travelled down from Rivers state today despite all the noise Gov. Wike is making.
People are exiting and gaining entry via border villages.

Also, I expereinced Covid 19 task force at borders receiving money to allow you pass and can as well patronize their nose mask or sanitizer. It's business.

Lol... To me the best way forward.. Is to obey all the guidelines of NCDC.. Lock down in states that haven't recorded any case should be relaxed. But inter state border still shut. So at least there can be small economic activity and food to eat.

The restriction period is quite okay.

People must be allowed to go out and eke their living. Locking them home may even kill them faster... shocked

The people targeted by this lockdown are beer parlors, brothels and night crawlers.

It defeats the essence and purpose of the lockdown and renders the 7 pm to 7 am lockdown senseless because most people will be settling indoors by then anyways.

How do you define less risky?...You mean Ebinyi state is self sufficient Her people don't go out of the state for businesses, indigenes are not anywhere in Nigeria where CoVID19 is currently ravaging Ebonyi people don't travel out of Nigeria No State is less risky when CoVID19 is concerned.

You can read about a new sorry case Ekiti State is battling with as a result of ireesponsibility of just one indigene that imported it from Lagos.

While ASUU is on strike

They go abroad for medical treatment
While our health care system is in shambles
Even Aso rock clinic is not spared by their corrupt tendencies

There is a God in heaven oh
All these politicians.... Buying 500 million cars in a state owing three months salaries to workers..

That's curfew not lockdown. Something they should have done right from onset..

Not a single Governor thought of that from onset.

That speaks volumes of our current set of leaders
