God bless you. He is one of the greatest thieves. If he is a good person and out to represent the people, he would advocate for abolition of fraudulent constituency projects, bloated legislature, canvassed for bills to promote transparency in governance, cutting down both size and cost of governance.
If there was good governance, we would have had a robust social security scheme in place so people would steal from us and come and donate crumbs from our common wealth as if it is theirs.
As you have rightly said, this is campaign for election.

I served in Aninri 2015, if you see this mans project, it would leave your mouth open, The road round the community of over 70 Kms covering Ndeaboh, okpanku, Mpu and part of Oduma before I left there, Setraco constructed the roads. Solar panel street lights which the villagers where stealing the battery, paying Nepa bill for the entire village, I never paid a dime till I left, the problem is that the villagers there are predominantly farmers and just a few rich people springing up,

This gesture is really good. I just hope the food reach those who really need it. The vulnerable, the old ones, the poor e.t.c. Because sometimes some thugs may hijack the food.
