The big question is HOW ARE THIS CRIMINALS ABLE TO ROAM UP AND DOWN IN LARGE NUMBERS AND GROUPS AT ODD HOURS OF THE NIGHT DURING THIS LOCKDOWN PERIOD WITHOUT POLICE SEEING THEM OR CATCHING THEM?
