My portfolio is not that large. Currently 298.
As my portfolio increases, I planned of using 5 email ids (one per domain) for fresh outbound per day and another 5 email ids (one per domain) for follow up.

If anyone has ideas of better steps and methods, please share with us.

This is the reason why we must use fresh email for fresh outbound. An old and overused /flagged gmail account might be sending your mail to Spam sea. It will be so painful that you did outbound to over 200 end users for a Domain and you're seeing only 10 views after 48 hours on a week days. Omo, gmail don flagged your account o. Get new gmail account and reoutbound
