I wanted to insult u but I stop. I google what u told me and behold I really need to see my doctor. not saying u are right o. but I thinki can see 2 to 3 of the symptoms of iron deficiency. thanks for this pics of information.

I watch movies, documentaries etc. But to avoid heart attack I stopped watching live football matches since 2000 African nations cup

See a doctor but this is a period when you want to limit hospital visits, unless there is a pressing reason.
It would have been nice to see your FBC (full blood count) or at least PCV (packed cell volume) results otherwise, to interprete it.

it's not too urgent, brother corona will not even let me near hospital, I will just eat food that is rich in iron until brother corona expires before I will even near hospital.

Your guy reminds me of a character in one of Hadley Chase books that I can't remember the title.
The character was a KGB agent stationed at an International Airport,he was so dumb that his partner wondered how he got qualified to be a secret agent.
But his knack for recognising faces and posture finally paid off, when a top foreign agent that he saw years back disguised and was able to by pass all the security check at the airport to sneak into the country with false identity.
