I had only two ripe plantains left and I couldn't decide on whether I wanted them cooked in and with the beans or fried. So, I cooked one in the beans and fried the other one. I honestly feel like Albert Einstein for having coming with this solution grin

Today's lunch

A mix of yam and sweet potato pottage. I swear guys, stew on pottage is everything. The sweetness of the pottage and pepperish stew takes you to a whole 'nother universum

Quick one....use Palm oil....fry the onions till it is almost burnt....use crayfish too
