These ones look different from the ones I know

There are white and brown ones. I like both. I think the aroma of the brown ones is stronger and intensifies when fried. They have a mild taste but it is very difficult to describe. I love the aroma and that's why I love them in my sauce or salad.

Reminds me of school days....Its rare to cook beans because of gas...

Eating comes with a diff plan, till we discovered a restaurant that dishes a plate 150 with soft bread inclusive, I officially quit stressing my gas from hours of cooking beans till graduation.

I had only two ripe plantains left and I couldn't decide on whether I wanted them cooked in and with the beans or fried. So, I cooked one in the beans and fried the other one. I honestly feel like Albert Einstein for having coming with this solution

I've never store soup (stew) in the fridge before, I usually warm everyday till it finishes but I want to try because of this fasting period to be used for long especially for the sahur (early morning food). how do I go about it? must I freeze it?
