The dogs have to stay hungry to make a kill.

That is the pain of being NIGERIAN ANIMAL. No where is safe again even for them. While their fellow animals are celebrating their 100 years birthday anniversary in other climes and hospitals are being built for them, Nigerians are killing them merelywhen they are barely at the age of 4 to 5. Very unfortunate.

stop right there... the ecosystem already had a natural way it reproduces.. animals abound all over the places. due to our encroachment they move far into the Forest and can't be seen until you go to their habitat..
now coming to hunting.. have you seen the Scandinavians going on hunting spree. killing wild Foxes, Bear's etc..what about the elites in Europe, America that have ranches and hunting grounds that they go for hunting in Summer.. why do we tag ourselves as savages and primitive when the first occupation of human on earth is agriculture and hunting...

Just got this pictures from a friend who went on an hunting expedition between Olori village near Oyo town and Odo ogun on the way to Iseyin. The success of the expedition was unprecedented even by the standards of the experienced hunters in the village.
The black man continues to depreciate his wild life for meat whereas the white man is farming whatever animals that serve as meat to him while preserving his wild life that is at risk of extinction.

Because they are in Nigeria where the citizens are poor despite the huge God blessed resources in Nigeria.

Dem no born dem well to eat it all. 98% of the meat will be sold. Most of these village hunters are not hunting to eat. They hunt to sell. It's their proffession. Same goes for fishermen.

I'm interested in knowing anyone who has successfully farmed the above mentioned animals for "Commercial purposes".

As in farm them like poultry and/swine ?

Kindky keep it in mind that I have a commercial interest in livestock things. Animals growing captivity is completely different from farming animals commercially for as livestock.
