I dont like me dating a girl and she keeping many or close male friends.

She had promise to stay away from keeping many or close male friends now, so am watching over her, in bid of our agreement if she is still doing the same thing I will quit is finally.

She can't stop being so close to her Male friends(probably with benefit ) whom she has a strong bond with not even for you. She knows you so well, she knows you're a sympathetic and compassionate person so she will cleverly uses this tactic (suicide threat) to cling to you probably because of what you have (financial security) until you eventually marry her in fear + the love you have for her combined .

I was once in your shoes, back then I had a girlfriend who told me she will commit suicide if I break her hrt, whenever we have misunderstanding she will cry & rush for sniper, I will beg her and ask for forgiveness even when she was wrong. Like sending her pics to Male friends (not nude or rubbish), chatting and talking to male friends excessively and even though their chats some use to call her names which I dont like, she use to warned them that she is engage but you know men now, they will still continue their shits.

the problem is the state of mind of your woman (and not this particular issue of male friends)... because every times you will have an issue with her and want to leave the r/ship, she will try to BLACKMAIL you into not leaving her by threaten to kill herself. so technically, she is telling you that "til death do us part". which is completely wrong!

I love your story line. It looks to you the lady in question loves you pretty well. That's the situation for now. My advise is for you....double your hustle to become a better man in life. If your hustle does not finacially capable as life goes on. The lady will be the 1st to drop you and move on with a better man in life. Every ladies love to love. ...but always let it rings in your brain that money makes love sweet, sweeter and the sweetest. Double your hustle to compensate her love if you truly loves her.

I know the average dude's definition of Love, is the female's willingness to promptly give in to intimacy, and how good she is while at it . If that's the case with you, I think you first of all need to decongest your mind and ask yourself the golden question; "What else is she bringing to table besides sex?". If she happens to be your soulmate outside sex, I think she deserves your help. She's t-o-x-i-c., and I believe she would require psychotherapy.
