We should be the one thanking you bro for the good work you're doing here. Please don't relent bro

If only all nairalanders abroad can be like you, it would have been better. Most people don't have the right information and that is why they look for travel agents. And you know most of these travel agents are scammers in disguise so they become a victim in the process of leaving Nigeria. If nairalanders abroad are helpful like you, such thing wouldn't have happened.

May God bless you in million folds

€12.45 actually.
I dont know how they deduct their taxes, they might even take €20 sometimes.
They reasoned that taking tax from me when I worked a day, €99, was pointless. You can see how they reduce inequality.
I didn't think you'd respond to the questions, but here you are with the figures, your type is rare, that's why God's blessings on your life won't end!
Keep up the good work sir, we all hope to be like you some day (in a country, with sane working economy).

A typical Nigerian wouldn't have responded to a question asking how much he earns,I respect you more Op, you're a good man.
Lol, I also wonder why people dont like to be open about their age and earning. These two variables are never constant, They must change. A person can never earn the same thing from age 30-60.

It's not easy to earn people respect.

That's so true. The Irish thread also helped me alot. I had some questions they tried their best to answer them. Though alot of them were not active in Nairaland due to shock on how little time they had to do anything. Comparing it with Canada thread that have people like @Salford and others, we still have a long way.

It was there I knew that IRELAND HAS PAID AGENTS that offers FREE service for visa and admission consultation. I got to know about them after I paid my Agent who provided me with excellent service.

Special thanks to @ICASNG.

Thank you very much bro.I just keep loving Ireland more.I like to know more about the best part time job to get.is it possible to get it in my field.and is there snow in Ireland cos I love snow die. And please can you give us more downtown picture if possible.and also when I rent apartment is there TV and other house appliances inside or we buy them ourself

To answer this.

Long and short is, this isnt a regular snow country. Snow is irregular.
Based on television, I used to love snow and all they create with it but when I came here, and the cold hit me, and my body did........
I became grateful I wasn't in Canada, Russia, or cold part of USA.
It rains snow occasionally with light storm, but it doesnt fall long enough to form a thick carpet since I've been here.
In 2017 I think, Dublin experienced the same kind of snow that canada experiences, there was lots of documentary in video form about it.
We're in Spring now, and I still shiver when the wind hit me one kind, I was reasoning how I'll be if i was in a snowing country without a car.
I'm someone that enjoys going out for a walk, not sure I'll be able to enjoy that.
Even when it eventually snowed sef, my fingers in my gloves was too rigid to let me touch it. In fact, the cold did not let me think of touching it. It reminded me those white stuff like powder in your freezer, you know the shock you feel when you touch it. Lol.

For the downtown pictures, the lockdown hasn't allowed me to take. I'm still accumulating the ones I have.
When it's time, I'll drop some warnings, after I have decided on the thread number so if you dont have enough MB, you can avoid it.

The sweet thing about this place is that, whenever you decide to move in, the room or apartment comes furnished with bed, wardrobes, drawers, bedspread, and pillowcases. The kitchens has the fullest furnishings with pots, refrigerator cupboards, cooker and oven, toasters, washing machine, dryers, cutleries, dishwashers, plates, blenders,, kettles. you don't have to buy any item again. Theres also vacuum cleaner, Iron, wifi connection.... they're too much to mention, my head and fingers aches.

Houses should have these, if they dont, the rule is to tell the landlord. If he doesnt have, he either buys it or
they ask you to buy it, keep the receipt and deduct from your next rent.
In all life here is pretty easy, if I'm moving, all I have to do is to pack up everything I own, which is usually, clothes, shoes, bed spread, duvet and other personal items, order a taxi from the App and zoom.

I live in Minnesota which shares boundary with Canada so we basically have same weather including Mr snow lol. Snow is called the devil word here.
I remember when i first came into the US, i was excited about my first winter , people were telling me that when i experience it, na me go deh beg am to leave.

It gets so cold that if you leave your hands open for 5-10 seconds, your hands will freeze, i am not kidding, it is that bad. Imagine snow of 5 inches coupled with extreme cold and then crazy wind cry embarassed embarassed embarassed na you go deh beg God for spring or summer lol.

I could vividly remember in Wisconsin when we went riding on snow mobile, along the way, i skid of the rails and my gloves went off lmao, both of my hands went DEAD, i could not feel anything, i had to go back inside to drink whiskey to warm up and stay warm inside.

Naija harmattan is a child play's compared to the winter here, you go wear singlet, wear shirt, wear long neck come wear winter jacket on and you will still be cold lol cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy here are some pictures.

P.S if you ever come to the midwest, the word "snow" is forbidden before winter.

Jeez.
shocked
That's serious o.
Not everyone wear gloves here during the winter.
Folks just prefer to put their hands in their pockets.
But me, I like the freedom of swinging my arms because it keeps me warm and using gloves can be cool. I got some fashionable ones from aliexpress. Leather gloves, some with fur, for good price.
The worst the weather ever goes below is -3degrees, it hasn't gone below that since I've been here.
Some of these gloves are light and they have a conductive material that allows your bodily electricity to pass through.
If you dont know, your body has electricity, we are a working engine. During exams, your brain has the ability to light a bulb in that moment.
The reason why the gloves are made that way is so you can use your smartphones. The touchscreen of the modern smartphone is not sensitive to pressure but the electrical current from your body.

Now that I think about it, those talk with girls, saying stuff about tapping current from....., it's as True as Light.

This explains Alot.
The infrastructure has to be built to suit the environment. This is very serious, Death by Cold is going to be significantly lesser.
As the death is now zero last winter, another nightmare has started to balance it. cry

Yeah that's true. Every shot taken with my Samsung is like a video without sound. While it makes the picture very large in size, from the same picture, I can get about three different captures.

Normally before I upload every picture you see here, I have to screenshot them. The screenshot is also clear, but when they land here, I get depressed.

Wow. It all make sense now.
