You can also use notepad. Start the the heading and put a comma if more than one heading e.g EMAIL, NAME. All entries under this heading sshould follow same format e,.g

EMAIL, NAME
aaa@593.com, AAA

Save and import, this is what I'm using of late. its the same thing

Chat with Support and tell them that names you registered and wanted to submit were being rejected by the system. They MAY reset it for you to submit again.

I've been following this thread for a while, but I only visit here randomly. I'm picking up a few things these days though.

I submitted a few names I own to SH and they were rejected. There are 3 unregistered ones there still waiting for review.

However, I registered 2 domain names with Dynadot early this morning (first time) and they didn't complete the order until this evening. I tried submitting the name to SH and I was told it has been submitted already. What can I do?

You can screenshot and send to him, the page in your registrar account where the name is listed.

I have an app I downloaded then on playstore, it is a screen recorder, I will use it and logged into my dashboard, afterwards I send the recorded version to him.
