Skylar's POV)

I saw the bullet coming but something quickly pushed me out of the incoming bullet. It was so fast. But when I saw the face it was Richard's. I went number for sometime and when I opened my eyes I was in my rooming, sleeping on my bed with Richard sitting close by. I called out to him and he raise his face to see me awake. I could tell that he was worried. He went out and came back with some drugs in his hands. After I swallowed the drugs, I tried asking about Jake and his men but he just hushed me and told me to rest first. I soon began to feel dizzy and I slept off. I woke up feeling much more better. Richard had already prepared breakfast and did the house chores so I was left with nothing to do. I took mine breakfast to the dinning table and Richard joined me. After eating I decided to ask about how he escaped Jake and his men, but he just waved it aside again. There was something fishy with Richard and his decision to wave this topic aside anytime I bring it forward. And I must get to the root of all this.

Richard's POV

I can see that Skylar is angry with me. Anytime she talks about Jake I just wave it aside. I know she is bound to be angry and she will find out the truth one day. But I want to wait till that time comes. She will surely see me as a freak when she gets to know but let's wait till that time comes. I told her that o want to take my leave as my mom would be worried. She wanted to excort me but I declined as I didn't want to stress her. Also I don't want to give her clue to what happened to those guys. I went home alone thinking about the best way to tell Skylar the truth.

Richard's POV

It has been a week now. Me and Skylar relationship have become closer than before. Surprisingly she didn't raise that topic again. I am happy about it but I don't trust her sha, she must be planning something else. I will find out sooner or later. But that is the main problem, the main problem is that I have not seen Jake since the incident. He has not been coming to school and all his guys or goons have denied seeing him. Well o got a plan. I am going to his house today. I got his address from one of his friends.

Jake POV
My life is bleeped up men. I can't even move out again because of one silly thing called revenge. Like seriously am bleeped up. The Los blancos are after me. I got all my properties with held by my dad after my suspension. Even my debit card is with my dad. Even if I have it I can't go outside because the Los blancos are out there seeking me. One wrong move am dead. I don't have freedom again. This whole week I have not gone to school lying to my parent that am sick but I know that won't last for long. They will soon catch me if they haven't found out already. I need a plan seriously. And I need backup and no other person can save me now than Richard. Wow my enemy is my hope of survival. Its quite funny tho. But I really need to see him or else I die. I don't know how to get to him but I must and I will.

Richard POV

Getting to Jake's home I was amazed. The gravity of wealth this guy parent had can make even the best trained kid to misbehave. His parent are stinkingly rich. Well I knocked at the gate and the gate open a little hole and asked me what am looking for. I told him I was looking for Jake. He told me to wait and went inside. After like 2 mins he came back and told me to follow him. I got inside and I was like wow. The was two range rover sport, 2 venza, 3 clean Benz and 1 Ferrari. Also there was a ilux and a corolla. He saw me looking jaws dropped and he told me to come inside. I got inside the house and I still got amazed by the arts in the sitting room. Everything was just amazing. He offered me a drink but I declined (I neva still trust the guy). I told him I was ok. I just moved straight to the point and asked him why he has not been coming to school. He told me everything that has happened and I was like wow this guy really meant to kill me. The Los blancos are the most dangerous cult group in the whole of New Orleans. Even with my super powers I don't want to cross their part. Jake said they we're after his life now and he think I can't defeat them. I was still thinking about what to do when he we heard a gun shot at the gate. And Jake said "THEY ARE HERE."

Dear nairlanders, I'm very sorry for the way i left the story without finishing it due to some personal reasons. My writing got stolen and I was devastated. I would love to continue this story and take us all through the thrills and i hope i see everyone in this rollercoaster ride through the land of fantasy. i will be dropping an update later tonight.
