If it's the PWMP, make sure you select the right categories before choosing a name, that is (1) Listing Type - Premium, and (2) Registered by - Seller, if you intend to fully own and use the name as you like in future.

I saw a domain at TheDomain dot com (it's pretty cheap and also a SH premium)
I emailed the seller and we negotiated. we reached a price.
now my problem is
I don't know if I should let him change his landing page to Dan, so after purchase, I will then change its NS back to SH.

or what's the best option for me

Nb: i want it to remain in SH Premium.

List- After registering on the any of the above site v to get the domain, you decide on a price to sell. It can be sold on godaddy, sedo, afternic etc

Contact end users- There is a letter you can send to the end users to inform them on availability of the domain.

My trial
With the little information gathered, I have tried getting a domain and registered. abracadabra.com. I have put it for sale on sedo and afternic.

It is just my trial, I am ready to learn more.

Please, how do I get the sample of the letter to end users.

NEVER check on godaddy for availabilty. You might want to drop that domain, get a refund and keep reading. Dollar to naira is too high for games. Don't get too excited because of the little that you've read. The remaining info are accurate. Read this simultaneosly with NL - https://www.namepros.com/threads/popular-beginner-discussions.844937 ...Sales letter is on page 1018 of this thread. You would be advised to read page 1-100 of this thread and the last 50 pages. To have an idea of what sells , google "Report Completed domain name sales here namepros" and read too.. Work dey. let me put it this way - they are connected to people who steal names of quality when people input those names in the godaddy search database. They can even use your search to look out for similar quality names and reg them (maybe I'm paranoid )

IDK ur registrar. Contact support of the registrar. However if its godaddy, let me know.
