They should allow her go na 39 days no symptoms.

She's obviously a carrier ( they don't manifest until they overcome the virus) and it will be very dangerous to release her as she can still transfer to other persons. Let her exercise a little more Patience. Atikus son observed the full period until it was cleared off his system. So, let her wait.

Madam this is Covid 19 ....its no receiver of visitors or sympathetic gestures, you can only advise your people to Stay Home and Stay Safe. The only companion you need now is Jesus Christ and not Idoma people because they wouldn't dare show face. You will be okay... God is your strength. This is a very difficult time for the entire World ....I just hope you understand that Idoma people did no wrong to you...

Covid is no respecter of Gender, Status, ethnicity, religion, position , race, age and all earthly and cosmic attributes.

Naa evening newspaper she be.
If you see the route the lady took to enter Nigeria by all means from London (London - Kenyan - Kigali - Abuja) you will be suspicious of her because, at that time in London Corona virus was already hitting London badly and this was the time she left for Nigeria. When asked she said she want to come and see her mother. Lame excuses from an olosho
alot of you guys on this forum type without sense!! an olosho with children and grandchildren??

She should remain there until that her stupidity wash off her brain. I listened to her previous audio and I must commend the health minister, NCDC, and Benue state government for the attention they gave her.
A test was carried out which shows she was positive but she referred to the test as kangaroo test, the banue state government took her all the way from the state capotal to Abuja in an ambulance with a team of health workers. the minister gave her one on one audience despite his tight schedule and when she demanded for a copy of the test, it was made available to her, yet she didn't want to listen, all she wants is to be freed into the society. Two different doctors approached her for treatment, she turned them down claiming she doesn't have any symptom of COVID-19. Now she is talking about being abandoned and not given treatment. If she feels because she returned from outside the country that everyone should dance to her tune, she is joking.
She is just an old attention seeking woman. Why calling on idoma people, are they doctors? She should be calling on WHO to conduct a test on her rather than disturbing the peace of her people in the village

Which state is banue, I only know of Benue state. She is not asking for treatment she said she has shown no symptoms after 39 days in isolation and should be released.

How many days did Atiku’s son stay in the isolation centre?

Was he showing any critical symptoms?

If you can answer the above questions hopefully you’ll get the picture!

babajero:
How, for 39 days she didn't show any symptoms of the virus neither did she die or is the isolation period no longer 14 days, then why not let her go home, or is this a case of kindnap?

Exactly, I've never liked governor Ortom for any reason, as a Matter of fact, initially I felt it was highly unreasonable for Ortom to reveal her identity almost immediately, even before NCDC announced the results, but lately I'm beginning to see the woman is equally full of drama, just like Ortom.... Birds of a feather.
gbam! You nailed it. That's why nobody want to get involved.

If what you are saying is the truth, that she is an attention seeker. My question is this: A Covid19 Patient is supposed to be isolated for fourteen days with or without treatment, but for her own case she said she has been isolated for 39 days without any symptoms of the virus, So can't the government allow her to go? Hmmmm, I feel their is something the government of Benue State are not telling us.

This is so sad if what she claims are true.
Why keep her for 39 days if she is asymptomatic? Is her right to see her test result. Hope keeping her there does not endanger her health or life.

If she test negative, someone should explain to her that she has not committed any crime therefore she will be released when she test negative twice.

Who is she to say she doesn't have the virus, when she has tested positive and her result has been handed to her upon her request because of her state of denial?

Nobody had said she has symptoms. It is not a new thing that the majority of those who have the virus showed no symptom for many days until they finally tested negative.

Atiku's son tested positive for over 40days yet never showed any symptom till the very end, but was able to infect the governor of Bauchi state who even got well before Atiku's son finally tested negative.

That woman wants to use her stupidity and stubbornness to affect other Nigerians, hence the need to go and isolate her by force in Abuja.

Even if it takes 100days for her to test negative, she will never be freed to go and be spreading the virus, just because she does not have any of the symptoms.

. Abba has serious health challenging issues before covid419.
And till today DG of NCDC said he can not specifically states that covid419 is d primary or secondary caused of death recorded so far when asked by journalist.
We have heard and seen throughout thevworld that the elderly people and those with underlie health challenge were vulnerable to covid than young and healthy people.

So,no big deal in what you said the DG says.

She got herself into this. Her family told her not to bother coming home for the mother's burial. But as the pall bearer/gravedigger wey she be, she must attend. Her family was in a meeting when she came in unexpected, everyone fled. Her brother wouldn't want guests at the burial having to go with a souvenir as big as Covik-19, called the authorities on her crazy ass
This woman is another Kemi O reincarnate cheesy

Atiku's son tested positive for around the same period. Nasir El Rufai was in isolation for over 2 weeks without symptoms. Nigeria's index case showed no symptom and was in isolation for about a month.

The best thing is to keep her under a supervised isolation for as long as she remains positive. Symptoms or no symptoms, she should remain under isolation until she tests negative twice in a row. That's the standard practice.
