Quiet Sunday
Sandwich for lunch.
One of the types of sandwiches I take to work for lunch.
Ham, egg mayo and some carrot sandwich.
The eggs were boiled, and mashed with some mayonnaise + dijon mustard. Carrots also grated and some mayo added.

Dinner: Rice with veggies
Tomato sauce with smoked catfish, ponmo, chicken and boiled egg
By the side dodo and avocado.

Just the way I like my rice accompanied with plenty obstacles. I forgot to take the picture of the pineapple and cucumber smoothie.

Hey God! See fluffy moin moin na. I bet it tastes really good knowing the amount of crayfish used in making this.

Me I don't usually take moin moin with any other food. Just give me two of those and I will be fine....as a Yoruba boy, if I see u tomorrow I will greet u ; "Thanks for yesterday". If I see you next week I will greet u; "Thanks for last week".....In short I will be eternally grateful to you grin

I usually take mine with both. Half bread and half small cup of garri plus milk. Best of both worlds tongue
