I plan on getting the kz zsn pro for about 6.5k and maybe the kz zs3 replacement cables.

AKG earphone is way more comfortable to use, so I'd rather go for that one, bought it last year on jumia for #1200 though you can't get it for that price now

Noise cancellation is different from noise isolation. What you are experiencing with the akg earphone is probably minimal noise isolation.

Noise cancellation uses sound to block out external noise.
Noise isolation blocks out noise from your ears because of the shape of the ear buds. Kz earphones can be used as earplugs without playing any music . That's how crazy they are.

About the noise cancellation, I'm not sure about that. Maybe the versions in the s10 upwards have that feature.
