My own problem is that I have opened and verified 4 accounts 2 USA, 1 CANADA and 1 UK. None was on hold when opened and yet I haven't gotten a single survey on any. My About You details is almost in line with the ones that have been shared here and I am using both phone and PC.

What do you think I should do? Make una help me, I done tire

Uuhm, i had a weird experience today, when my Vpn was on, i didn't get any surveys. But few mins after i disconnected it, i checked my Prolific notifier and saw some surveys, i quickly powered my Vpn to do it but the surveys disappeared, i turned it off and refreshed my Notifier, it came back again. I was confused why it was that way. I just had to turn off my Vpn, data, signed out of my notifier.

Started afresh and that was how i was able to overcome this and finally did my survey.

So in a nutshell, always check your Prolific Notifier when your Vpn is On and also when it's Off. Hope this helps.

I'll paste how i did mine yesterday, if it works for you, fine, if not, you can keep trying or patronize the service of those that sell or create accounts.

Modified - Okay, so a few minutes ago, I was able to create my first ever-prolific account(US) that wasn't on hold after creating almost 12 accounts.

Note - You can only use a new email account, new password and of course new name

Here's how i did it.
(1) I used the same phone(Note 5 stylus) i have always used.

(2)i connected my cracked premium Vpn(VpnHub), which i downloaded from VpnBrothersdotCom

(3) I went to my Tubemate App(the app i use in downloading Youtube videos), launched it and went to the top bar(search bar) where you can actually type in any site and browse it, and of course, i searched for prolificdotCo.

(4)I chose USA as my country of residence, filled in other necessary details, boooomm! It went through and i immediately tapped on My Account to check my status, as God would have it, it wasn't on hold grin grin

(5) i smiled mischievously grin cheesy then rushed to verify my email before they change am for me grin

(6) Then finally answered the pre-test survey.

There you have it, friends.

NB - My account is still showing "Verify your account" , but everything will be fine once i verify my number. The most important thing is that it's not ON HOLD cheesy

Right now, I'm looking for a US number to verify everything. I would appreciate if anyone can help me out, bikooo, e joor!

Bro I used my phone to carry out the survey. I just click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of my chrome browser, then clicked on desktop site that's all ooo and it worked.
