As for the ice cream, that's why I don't have such things in my house most of the time. If I do, they keep calling me, calling me, calling me. I hear voices. I can resist for some hours only to get up from the bed, after having brushed my teeth, and finish it off completely.

I would have said that I have some form of self control because I go days (even weeks) with sweets in my house without touching them. Except that when the ancestors whisper on their chosen day, nothing can save me
