Even Dangote donated mobile lab for testing and didnt give cash to Kano. There are many billionaires in Kano not happy to donate their money to Ganduje and I won't blame them.
Private individuals donated big money to Lagos state even before FG, and while I sincerely believe all politicians are thieves ( trust any at your own peril) and will still take out of the money but at least we see SanwoOlu working tirelysl and running around knowing it will be full blown soon.. Lagos keeps expanding it's isolation centers, testing capacity 3tc. Even the ndcd there is more active, so you know they are trying in their capacity to fight this war.
But dear old Ganduje is telling us about strange deaths, asking people to go about their daily activity and meetings as normal. He was sleeping while Kaduna State was working tirelessly.
Anyway, all support should be given to Kano. That has always been my stance. The money they need is sha for something? That something should be provided to them in bulk- testing kits, manpower/professionals, palliative etc

What competence does Ganduje has have to manage the issues in his state? What has he put on ground to mitigate against it? Nothing.

Lagos had already put measures in place before the Italian index case was detected. That's why that case could be detected early enough. None was detected in Kano despite all the awareness and sensitization until the kano index case deteriorated completely.

If the 15bn were to be granted, what would be achieved? Is it not the commissioner of health who's supposed to oversee the activities who tested positive? Meaning Kano wasn't prepared and wasn't ready
