Just because the hotels you lodge in reuse unwashed towels and cutlery between guests, doesn't mean that's normal.

The only thing that makes sense from your list is the lack of social distancing, and that isn't exclusive to hotels. Besides hotels can simply close down their lobbies and restaurants, advising guests to stay in their rooms as much as possible.

Mr.man which law? Executive order is no law. It is just procedural and administrative directive.Directive also is no law. Rivers state like everyother state does not have quarantine law. Wike does not even have power to lockdown a state ab initio. Under de quarantine law of 1920, its only de president that can order a lockdown. And that is why it took involvement of buhari to do it in Lagos, Ogun, kano etc. However if he wants to rely on executive order to order a lockdown, it cannot be treated as if disobedience to a criminal law. If de owner goes to court, River state govt will lose n pay for it. Even de land use act that empower governors over landed properties caannot be invoked in this case.
