now is not the time to ban street trading...people are hungry Biko. it's not everytime we must apply the law. sometimes let's apply our humanity.. especially in this corona induced epilepsy period.

Officialgarri:
So he has also adopted the concrete pavement construction he learnt from Ebonyi state.
Or course, he will reap a higher amount of kickbacks compared to asphalt

If the base course is well compacted to achieve a good CBR, and the grade of concrete is up to standard, I see no reason why it won't last even more than asphalt

Ofcourse, rigid pavements are designed and supposed to perform more than flexible pavement..

I'm impressed seeing concrete pavement adopted, because asphatic roads are gradually becoming outdated due to it expansive nature during hot weathers.. So it should outshine the usual black tarred road we are used to

cheesy

That's the governor

Unlike our Rivers terror

Apart from constructing roads

Please can someone mentioned Wike's project as governor for the past five years?

As I can remember;
No recruitment nor building of an industry or any kind of innovative projects from Wike's adminstration.

You're comparing Wike to this Egusi ambassador

Anytime I see Nigeria governors, I realize the reason the Nigerian system has failed. From their outfits, to body language and utterances depicts people that don't know what the heck they're doing. Their action and inaction speaks volume with respect to their incompetency.

Take for example this man, why is he wearing a face shield sad, is it for Corona virus or for the site inspection? These people are disgrace embarassed

They are building roads that will not last up to one year. When the roads in foreign countries are standing the test of times, Nigeria roads are caving in after one month

In appearance, asphalt still looks better. Most times, an inch thick asphalt will still be placed on the concrete pavement to give it an appealling appearance
