If he said that, what of companies having something like city+movers.com? Does Google penalise them? They are top of the search for such keywords in some cases.

Combined with good SEO work, GEO names are winners! The fellow probably missed the memo.

As an aside, a potential end-user asked me today about the traffic for a domain. I was like . Na so I just tell am some kain story.

And you reached this conclusion WITHOUT knowing the domain name, WITHOUT knowing this user's current domain name, and WITHOUT knowing ALL the keywords they are ranking on their site?

How old is the domain? If over 60 days, request for auth code from 123-reg and give it to DAN
