A Toxic man is only the second best option for a woman.
Her number one option is a real strong man not a toxic man
But what a woman will never settle for weak beta man.

Society nowadays, have only toxic men and weak men in abundance.

Real strong men(alphamale) are scarce.

So a toxic man is the most available option them, because they can't find a real strong man.
