All of them fly on same feather. From Obasa to Yayi to Osinowo to Amosun to Desmond Elliot to Gbenga Ashafa to Akpabio ,in fact all nigerian politicians are crooks, corrupt and wicked. They belong to the same fraternity regardless of partisan political membership.

it is obvious Sahara Reporters has issues with the Lagos Assembly Speaker .

Use your brain. Saharareporters does not have issue with Obasa. It is those releasing the incriminating documents to Saharareporters that have "beef" with him.

The problem with most of you Nigerians is lack of appreciation. I have sent more than 70K since last month to over 20 people on this forum. Only one person came back here to say thank you to 'whoever' sent him money. Others just lock up, no appreciation, no thanks.

As if it is their birthright to get alerts and donations from others.

Tufia!

Nigerians una no dey try abeg.

Don't be surprised that its only the one that came back to say thank you was genuine among them. I did the same last month in the middle of the lockdown. But I observed that it's only the one i sent a small amount of fund to that had his full name in his post. A clear indication of openness. For others I couldn't do anything as I need the full name to send fund from where I am. And after the one I sent I started seeing posts alleging that many of those requesting for funds online could be scammers. I am sure you don't expect a scammer to come back to you to say thank you.

An auditor is not a whistle blower. At my level, I can only record my findings and make recommendations to my supervisor and the public accounts committee of the National Assembly (if it will go that far).

My office doesn’t report to the EFCC or ICPC. We can collaborate if need be but we don’t share audit report with them except a special request is made.

Everyone can blow whistle..... It's back channel and anonymous that's why it's called whistle blowing....

Inside life, it’s funny how I’m still surprised wheneva I read news of how our politicians steal public funds.... it’s like there is no politician in Nigeria that is satisfied with their salaries n allowances... it’s a shame n this too will b swept under the carpet n a week from now it will b forgotten
Can their salaries cover the cost of getting elected into office? Political office in Nigeria is a business. You spend to win and recover while in office.

So much for a leader.

Nigerians, whether from the North, East, West or South, no matter your ethinic, tribal or religious affiliation, these politicians don't care about you.

They are all selfish greedy bastards creating divisions among the people they rape their common patrimony.

They are all heartless, mean and selfish.

The earlier we unite and fight our common enemy which are the politicians the better for us all.

Well said, you are doing well!

Unfortunately not many people here have the brain to understand and reason as just did. Which is why the politicians will always take them for granted and screw them in the rear end always.
