Menstrual cycle varies... A well accepted menstrual cycle is 28days +/- 7days( 21 days- 35days) ... It's normal but if it continues in subsequent months, do visit a gynecologist at a good hospital to rule out other conditions and take a good medical history from her..

It might be the medications she is taking. Ask her what drugs she is on. Sometimes they cause hormonal imbalance. If this presissts after she stops the drugs then see a doctor. i know some drugs do that alot. She will be fine.
