Only you one are female folks.. abi cheesy

If someone targets females generally and not you specifically, what makes it personal to you? Should I ask it in Latin? grin

On your thread, if you're attacked then you should be offended.
Your offense still shouldn't stop them from offending you though, since offending you is not a crime under any law. grin

You kuku had F9 in Comprehension. Let me leave you alone grin grin grin

You're such a beautiful sexy woman sisisioge, and you should NEVER be insulted because any man with sense ought to feel lucky to have all of you (heart and body) to himself...including me.

Am I scoring A1 in comprehension yet? gringrin

@bold Thank you. However I want to say I’m not that nice. Maybe poco is. I don’t doubt she is better than I am cheesy

me? I go through post history. Both male and female.

I don’t finance misogyny, tribalism, homophobia etc (basically any kind of oppression). If I see the poster is like that, I ignore their DMs. Even if it’s a lady (and I’m usually a softie towards other ladies) however some things just don’t sit well with me. That’s why new accounts, accounts with insufficient post history or too many deleted posts also a no no for me. Trying to hide their evil deeds when they need help.

It’s 2020. Information is cheap and everywhere. Folks need to learn to do away with bigotry.

I won’t broke shame someone specifically because maybe that’s my own way of being nice, but I’ll state a fact. A FACT!!!!

That men hardly provide like the NL know-it-alls like to claim. I know folks get MAD when I say that grin.
But a fact is a fact. No man can provide for you like you would provide for yourself as a woman If you have your own money. Although they won’t stop nagging on the internet about how all women are leeches. Even the ones their moms paid their school fees they put mouth for the women bashing discussion.

fieryy:

I actually love how he's being called out. There's nothing bad about being broke, it's not a constant state. There's also nothing bad in seeking for help.
However, you saw how quick he was to forget the act. I won't be surprised if he still goes ahead to say things like 'Nigerian women are lazy, they can't do this, they can't do that etc.'

How many Nigerian families can depend solely on the man's salaries? I even remember one thread in which some guys stated 'Nigerian women watch Telemundo all day. '
In which world?

You and poco are just too nice. Lord knows how many times these guys have picked up on you, yet you still help them . It's really admirable, but I could never. I'd rather use my olosho feminist ass money to uplift other women by helping them.

Is feminist an insult?

fieryy:
I've gotten used to it. The insults are recycled anyway

FEMINIST, AWON SLAYQUEEN, OLOSHO etc

Just tantrums thrown by kids
Re: Is Nairaland Anti-women ? by cooooooks(m): 1:37pm On May 23, 2020
I'm a Nigerian guy. Born and raised. There are wonderful non-olosho women ALL OVER the country. Men and women should GET OFF SOCIAL MEDIA and find their partners in real life

Nairaland is anti everything:

Women, men, boy children, girl children, feminists, anti-feminists, Christians, Muslims, Athetists, Igbos, Yorubas, Hausas, APC, PDP etc.

It is not a woman only problem. undecided

It is a reflection of our values in Nigeria.

i agree.

I have now decided to choose my battles.
if I were seun, the romance section will be splitter into three:males, females and general.
Unfact there will be a section for redpill and feminism.
Before commenting on any of the section you have to prove you are one of them else you will be limited to general romance section where your gender is likely to be berated.

Because in a forum like this there are lots of people psyche that will be affected due to peoples opinion.

Any sect or gender waving the victim flag is doing so not because they see bashing as wrong but because their own team is losing out on the gender e-wars(with the exception of Single moms because I never see them insult or sham men)

If you are not egalitarian, then you should not complain.if you want to fight for equity come with clean hands

Bashing speaks volume of the content of ones life and their progress so far. Imagine someone knowing nothing about me,whether I am beggar under a bridge or a surgeon in Dallas,Texas,or even a cobbler at mushin calling me broke for expressing my opinions harmlessly.

Or imagine people proudly beating their chests to admit they stigmatise single moms and they endorse the insult they receive.

How about those that insulted bukatyne and claimed they had all right to react to a post how they wish-the same dolts are on this thread crying "oppressed" . if you can't respect your fellow woman because she has varying views with you,how do you want men to respect women?

It is all messed up here, internet isn't for kids. My child will not use a smartphone until 18 years

Chai! There I was thinking I'm really special tongue tongue

For instance, a woman saved up her money to buy her mother a car and her husband is ready to divorce her because he thought she should have bought him a car instead of her mother! The male folk on the thread were unsurprisingly in agreement and attacking everyone who thinks otherwise! Isn't that strange?

My Sisi no na don't be like this haba. You see in that woman's case she's at fault.

See eh, having known ur husband have complained bitterly about a want and you have the means why not assist Oga to get a family car to alleviate the immediate needs first.

Baby OKU, remember charity begins at home. And it goes both ways, bother partners should not leave the fire in their house to go quench a smoke in another.

By the way for topic of discussion, it's no news that the population of ladies on reddit, quora and nairaland is fewer when compared to the males, as such it's natural to have this stance.

Again a quick survey at the likes of tiktok, snap chat, instagram and the rest will give you a counter population, as they tend to have more ladies than males presence.

In the later, female domination is key, while in the former male domination is key hence the stance.

Hmmmm...hmmmm....hmmmmmmmm

I dont agree with you there sis, she didn't buy herself a car, she works same as oga does, both of them are still trekkers....but she saved money to buy for her mother(we have no idea of the motivation behind it or how long it took her to do so). Instead of the husband crying that he ought to be the one gifted the car that his wife saved to buy, he should just save to buy for himself too. I have a hard time processing the idea behind a man expecting his wife to cater for his financial needs...supporting is different o. So if fada husband had saved some money and asked the wife to help augment for a car, it is totally understandable. But it becomes annoying when he expects her to buy a car for him...what a cretin! It's not like its birthday o grin
