Because Government have indirectly promoted and portrayed the products of these Group as ICONS worthy of emulation. Almost all of these Groups are registered as NGOs and they use give aways as propitiation for their sins against God and humanity. Unfortunately Nigerians accept the sin and peace offerings and then turn a blind eye.
