Hello house Engrs. Having issue with space memory with this my note 6 infinix. The fone has refused to recognize my external memory disk as my primary storage source. When I go to file manager, I always see my external memory and all the folders inside. But when I go to fone settings to see how I can make the external memory disk as the primary story source, I don't even see it there. Will only see the internal memory in the options. This is making fone slow as I have to keep deleting stuffs to clear space. Can't even install new apps. Can't even update cos it will ask me to delete some apps for space. Pls engrs what's the solution to this?
I also believe the whatsapp status I view is also eating up my space but don't even know how to navigate and delete them to clear space for my internal memory as that's where all media are stored in. Pls help

You need iTunes to be installed and enough data on your mifi or 4glte device to be used as internet access.

It's a board problem, the components controlling charging is partially faulty
