Have you rebooted the phone, reboot it and if it continues then the screen has to be changed. What kind of phone is it?

Hello family, I just got the A3x umidigi device from Jumia and I noticed that the microphone of the phone doesn’t work when making calls unless it is out on speaker.
Note the normal voice recorder is working so I don’t know what’s wrong here.
