Hello family, I just got the A3x umidigi device from Jumia and I noticed that the microphone of the phone doesn’t work when making calls unless it is out on speaker.
Note the normal voice recorder is working so I don’t know what’s wrong here.

Try boot it into safe mode first, then try make calls & test the mic, it most likely a software issue

Thank you for your response, I’ve done that and even reseted the phone but problem still persist. I’ve even upgraded the phone to the latest firmware but problem still persist

My 2 weeks Nokia 105 dual sim doesn't charge again wit it's charger and come on and off when I insert my Samsung charger but getting hot rapidly and even smelling like something want to burn inside so i remove it ...try it severaly wit anoda chargers same thing and it does not even stable charge but doing as if its plygged in and out.

It doesn't have Touchpad, instead it's the glass you can replace that is if the calibration is still working fine & that would be cheaper compare to swapping the phone.

The recharge balance deduction might be due to data consuming apps running in the background & thereby deducting the sessions from your balance. The dual sim mode problem is likely a software issue, try flash the phone, if problems persist then consider changing the phone & get a new replacement

Thank you. I was told to tweak the phone to another custom rom and was given a 50:50 chances of it working or briking.

yes its the original screen and the screen isnt affected just after a while now the calibration stated malfunctioning

Boot it to safe mode & try play the sound. If it persist then you need to change the battery but if it's stable, then do a factory reset
