From what you wrote,she must have been deflowered b4 they starting dating.Unless The wife lied about her virginity status,I see no reason the man should make any irrational decision.That love they share should outweigh everything else and besides,there's nothing special about marrying a virgin.

Personally I am not a fan of virgins but that doesn't mean someone that likes virgins should be deceived into marriage by lying... It's easy for people to say forgive but they forget that the deceit involved in this matter is too big... This marriage is as good as dead on arrival... If it was me, I'll file a divorce because a woman that can lie to you with a straight face for 4 years is not someone to spend the rest of ones life with. It's not the fact that she's not a virgin that's the problem, its the fact that she can keep telling a lie to the one she claims to love...BTW, I don't really believe that a woman who has had sex suddenly didn't have sex in a 4 year period, except it's child molestation or rape. As long as she didn't say she is a virgin, she is not at fault. There could be a probability that she once leaved a life of sexual immorality and later repented and also promised God not to go back to sex until she is married. They both agreed on no sex before marriage, the only mistake the man made was not asking his then wife to be wether she was a virgin or not he only assumed she was waiting till after marriage just to keep her virginity.

in my own opinion the wife didn't lie to him.. Assuming it was in case where they both sat, discussed and reached an agreement that since she is virgin they will wait till after marriage before engaging in sexually intercourse, we will then say she lied to him about being a virgin.

As far is she has been faithful and loyal through out the relationship and she is a good women then advice your friend to continue with the marriage because her being a virgin doesn't � guarantee a happy home.
