Baba, low rating never a big problem for me. That's why I like Uber's rating system. If you're on 4.75 rating, and a rider gives you a one star, your rating will only drop to 4.74. Unlike bolt where your rating can drop as low as 4.5.

And one Stars don't come everyday. Just once in a while

Bolt rating is damn crazy. From 4.65 then I just dropped to 4.4 cos a rider wanted to sit in front without face mask and I declined. I guess the rider must have given me low rating after the trip. Na so I battle reach where I dey now.

Imagine them telling me they did when it is obviously not so. I wrote them again that riders have been giving low rating cos they won't comply with the guidelines. Bolt said I shouldn't worry. They will look into it. Rating kept falling until it got to 4.37. Na so Bolt yank me off indefinitely.

The reason why Bolt seems to be better in Nigeria is because they fit the Nigerian system. Uber is just too rigid and hardly compromise and that is why Bolt has more riders and drivers.

So in totality, I think Uber is still the best but when it comes to making money, Bolt is king.
