I use to think it was someone pinning me down until one night.... I told myself If I die, I die...

Buhhh

I read about it and how it happens, I experimented it and figured how to snap out of it...

Sometimes I just wanna enjoy the moment a bit longer before I decide when to snap out. grin

Science wink
don't prolong it they are sucking out yoyr energy. Sometimes i just use them to open my third eye.

Sleep paralysis was my regular customer some two years ago due to the fact that I like sleeping late.

The remedy for me then were:

-- drinking excess water.
--pouring water on my head.
--having a bath.
--sleeping early. undecided undecided

People need to realize there's nothing spiritual about it.
lol, there is biko. How does sleeping late cause sleep paralysis, bros na the idiot demon waiting for you dilligently to attempt to fall asleep, when your spirit wants to leave the other side it gets pinned down and sucks out its energy. Ask yourself why it happens immediately you wants to fall asleep.

I have experienced it twice..... thought it was some spiritual attack though..... I felt awake but couldn't move as if someone is holding me down...... I remembered shouting Jesus Jesus but I couldn't even hear myself

sleep paralysis is terror
they were my regular customer during my tennage years, i just figured out how to bounce them off; mind power, thats just the language they hear telepathically.

Had when I sleep extremely late, that's the only time I experienced it.

Can't narrate any cus I've had hundreds of it.

It ain't funny sometimes, but I think it's kind of hereditary cus mom had them too... But she believes they're spiritual attacks, my belief defers.
actually it is spiritual but don't think it was of evil humans construct. But sure it is
spiritual!

My own belief defers, I go with the scientific explanation.

We tend to spiritualize things we don't have clue about in Africa.

There might be spiritual sleep paralysis, but not all is spiritual.

i do understand that not every sleep paralysis is spiritual. I have discussed it with a friend a long time ago. I also agreed with him but spiritual ones dominates it.

You are not religious but you are talking about demon and spirit literally? undecided

Take it or leave, sleep paralysis is a natural phenomenon.
Re: Share Your Sleep Paralysis Experience Here. by andrewtosin(m): 12:08pm On Jun 03, 2020
It happens to the white too
Juliearth:

Please don't get used to this. It is not of God. There are dedicated Psalms for protection. Read them. One of them is Psalm 91, which is perfect for this scenario. Speak positive energy to your room. Command any and every negative energy out. Lastly, eliminate fear. Fear would deter you from winning this battle.

Are demonic attacks restricted to Nigeria only?
Re: Share Your Sleep Paralysis Experience Here. by andrewtosin(m): 7:56pm On Jun 03, 2020
Hmmm. Is it demonic attacks by witches and wizards? undecided

I don't know if mine is sleep paralysis but I'm always experiencing this sudden jerk from sleep. Most times befor the knee jerk, I do see myself falling from a cliff or high place and in response to the free fall, my knee jerks and my whole body suddenly comes back to life, instead of a gradual process.
But generally for me o, when I wake up, it takes at least 30-45min for me to act normal, during that period of abnormalities, I can see my parents and just ignore them. I just become immobile but eyes wide open but temporarily inactive.

I experience this once in a while, that falling no be here Las Las you no go reach ground u Don wake up

But is there really a spiritual sleep paralysis tho? grin

The heading the op gave and what he described are two different things. His case isn't medical...as in sleep paralysis. Perhaps he shouldn't have used the word "Sleep Paralysis" in the heading.

Happens to me a lot.

Had one last night, it's the worst one so far for me.

I was afraid I was going to die, I couldn't move my body, it felt like something was pressing me down on my bed and pressing that place in my neck where you feel the pulse.

I am scared closing my eyes to sleep.
