kinzu: I hardly reject calls before because I believed it's someone that'll end up doing it but last well that reserved mostly clean and long calls. I doubt I'll even get any fc bonus. |

kinzu:Their own still better small oooo. You wanna compare QAW with Scribie I saw $5 per AH, na so I run commot oooo. But even when you're rated 2.0, you'll get something. |

elantraceey: I don't even know what they want over there. Still flexing and strategizing on how to enter GT and TM. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by elantraceey(f): 8:28pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
berbs: I like that they review and show you every error you made and you can even dispute the errors but their pay is a no go area. Total waste of precious time. How I'll be typing everything is pursuing away from GT. Have you tried REV?- |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by berbs: 8:31pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
Samxie:Na ladies plenty pass for SCC nah. Madame already said that they've restrategized and there's nothing like leniency in rating again. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by elantraceey(f): 8:32pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
berbs: Ahhh, not like the one I spent 6 whole hours today typing from scratch, something that won't take me up to two hours before. I just thank God it was auto-rated and didn't land in the hands o those error crazy raters, I for mad enter slack. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by berbs: 8:44pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
elantraceey: Some of those raters are terrible o. I've had done some sweet FC calls that there was little or not error that I was given 2 and the corrected transcripts were just the same from A-Z. Please apart from Otter, what other software(s) can one use for British English? |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by elantraceey(f): 8:57pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
berbs: I don't use otter o, I've been trying to do so since this no AI ish but the audio is not letting me download at my end. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by kinzu(m): 9:25pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
berbs: The only icing on the cake at GT is getting to be an editor. But Samsard say that one too get exam apart from maintaining high rating. Those ones are too big on quality. I don't know what to do again to pass their test. GT's pay is slightly higher but you have to type everything. If QA want's us to type everything then we'll start having a lot of jobs back in the queue. elantraceey: Have you tried Rev or TM? Don't know if they type everything there too |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by elantraceey(f): 9:56pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
kinzu: I've trick Rev but their test seems really easy but it's very tricky. I have 45 days to try again. |
Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by berbs: 10:05pm On Jun 03, 2020 |
elantraceey:Just click on record on otter, go back to QAW and click on play and leave it to play till the end, click on stop, allow otter to process it then copy and paste. There's nothing as good as uploading the audio file and allowing otter to do the work for you. |
